What We Offer
Culturally sensitive online therapy to clients across Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. I provide online video therapy sessions. The First sessions is always introductory and a form of care navigation. I offers psychotherapy for general mental health and well-bing, overeating, eating disorders related to obesity, and sleep hygiene. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy and other evidence-based interventions, available online in both English and Arabic, to support your well-being wherever you are.
Obesity
If you are struggling with over-eating behaviours.

I help people address obesity using evidence-based mental health therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Obesity (CBT-OB).
The goal is developing healthy eating habits, building a healthy relationship with food, and fostering a positive connection with your body — all leading to reaching and maintaining a healthy weight in the long run.
Binge Eating
If you feel like you lose control while you eat

I help people overcome binge eating through evidence-based mental health therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) — the gold-standard treatment for eating disorders.
Binge eating is driven by emotional, psychological, and behavioral patterns that therapy can effectively address. Together, we'll work on breaking the binge cycle, understanding the triggers behind it, building a healthier relationship with food, and restoring a sense of control and peace around eating.
Stress Management
If you are feeling burned-out from work

We'll identify the sources of your stress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping strategies, and help you regain balance, confidence, and control — both at work and outside of it.
